Lastly, if you really want to see results from waist training you have to be consistent. It may be uncomfortable in the beginning but that is why you work your way up to longer stretches of time. If you don’t consistently wear your shaper in the beginning you may never see results or you may quit before your body has the ability to start benefiting from the training.
